1. Subscription and Billing Terms
Our platform services are provided on a pre-paid subscription basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing to RevenueFlow, you agree to recurring billing cycles based on your chosen plan tier.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Plan Upgrades/Downgrades: Changes to your subscription take effect immediately, with prorated adjustments applied where applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, instant platform provisioning, and API resource allocation, all subscription fees and one-time onboarding charges are generally non-refundable.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are a first-time subscriber and experience verifiable technical incompatibility preventing integration with the Meta Cloud API, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Partial Periods: No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade scenarios, or for accounts that remain unused while active.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current pre-paid billing cycle.
- No further charges will be billed to your payment method after cancellation is completed.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of proven billing errors, duplicate transactions, or exceptional platform outages directly attributable to our infrastructure, our billing department will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
