By accessing and using the RevenueFlow platform, website, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your usage of the RevenueFlow service ("Service"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are not authorized to use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. User Accounts & Security

When you register for a RevenueFlow account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account dashboard.

3. Usage & Fair Play Policies

You agree not to misuse the platform. Misuse includes but is not limited to: sending spam email or WhatsApp campaigns, attempting to bypass billing, reverse engineering the builder modules, or storing illegal documents in the secure vault.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a Monthly or Yearly basis according to the selected plan. Discounts applied to Yearly plans (such as the 20% savings) require a 12-month commitment. All transactions are GST-inclusive where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

RevenueFlow provides the software "as-is". We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, CRM outages, or missed lead bookings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you are violating these terms or causing harm to other users of the Business OS.
