Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to RevenueFlow. We value your satisfaction and want you to have the best possible experience managing your business operations on our platform.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

We provide a 14-day full-featured free trial of our platform so that you can evaluate the CRM, funnels, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and automated flows before making a purchase. No credit card is required to start the trial, and no charges are incurred unless you explicitly choose to subscribe.

2. Subscriptions & Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or yearly). No further automated charges will be applied to your payment method.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because of our transparent 14-day free trial period:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billed. If you feel there has been a technical billing error, contact support within 48 hours of transaction.
  • Yearly subscriptions: If you purchase an annual subscription and decide that RevenueFlow is not suitable, you may request a refund within **7 days of the transaction**. We will refund the transaction amount, minus transaction fees and a pro-rated monthly charge for the active days.

4. WhatsApp & Campaign Credits

Please note that any consumed broadcast credits for WhatsApp API (WABA) or SMS charges are completely non-refundable, as these are paid directly to telecom carrier networks and Meta API services.

5. How to Request a Refund

To claim a refund or enquire about transaction issues, please email our billing department at support@revenueflowhq.com with:

  • Your account registration email address.
  • Transaction reference / Invoice number.
  • A brief reason explaining your request.
